These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (www.idealexpert.ae) and the logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance services provided by Ideal Expert Cargo LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Ideal Expert Cargo LLC operates as a freight forwarder and logistics provider. We facilitate the transportation of cargo via air, sea, and land, and provide ancillary services including customs brokerage and documentation support. We act as an agent on behalf of the customer to arrange transportation with third-party carriers.

2. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding the cargo, including weight, dimensions, and contents.
• Ensure that the cargo is properly packed, marked, and prepared for safe transportation.
• Comply with all applicable laws, customs regulations, and international trade restrictions.
• Not tender any prohibited, illegal, or undisclosed dangerous goods. Dangerous goods must be explicitly declared and accompanied by appropriate documentation.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations provided by the Company are based on the information provided by the customer and the tariffs, exchange rates, and freight rates valid at the time of quotation. Quotations are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in carrier rates, fuel surcharges, or statutory fees. Additional charges (e.g., demurrage, detention, customs duties, or storage) incurred during transit are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Insurance

The Company does not automatically insure cargo. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing and a specific insurance policy is purchased through the Company, the customer is solely responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for their goods against loss, damage, or delay during transit.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ideal Expert Cargo LLC's liability for loss, damage, or delay is strictly limited. The Company shall not be liable for:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, or civil unrest (Force Majeure).
• Delays caused by customs authorities, port congestion, or carrier operational issues.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or loss of market.

The liability of third-party carriers is governed by their respective bills of lading, airway bills, and international conventions (e.g., Montreal Convention, Hague-Visby Rules).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ideal Expert Cargo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, non-compliance with applicable laws, or inaccuracies in cargo declaration.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
